Questions & answers

Do I need a landline?

No. OFFHOOK is an accessory for a compatible smartphone. Your phone keeps handling the call through its existing calling service.

Is it wireless?

No. The coiled cord connects the receiver to your phone. No Bluetooth pairing and no separate handset battery to charge.

How do I answer and hang up?

You can use the call controls on your smartphone. The handset has answer/hang-up and volume controls, whose operation depends on the connected phone and calling app.

Can I mix colors in a set?

Yes. Choose a pair or trio, then select each handset’s color separately. The connector is shown with every selection: USB-C for red and black, 3.5 mm for pink.

Will the pink one plug into a USB-C phone?

Not directly. Pink uses a 3.5 mm headphone plug. You would need a compatible adapter that supports a headset microphone, and compatibility must be checked for your exact device.

Does it work without a smartphone?

No. It does not make calls on its own and does not replace your phone service.

Is there a set discount?
